PRODUCT GARANTIE 5 JAAR
De product garantie garandeert dat wij het directe aanspreekpunt blijven en alle product gerelateerde problemen gaan oplossen. Klant wordt niet naar de fabrikant doorgestuurd.
VERBOUW GARANTIE 5 JAAR
De verbouw garantie wordt alleen door installateurs en aannemers gegeven. Winkels kunnen zelf geen verbouw garantie geven. Bij een winkel wordt je naar een ZZP' er doorverwezen.
WATERDICHT GARANTIE 5 JAAR
De waterdicht garantie is de belangrijkste. Aangezien deze voeg en silicoon schade volledig dekt. In de meeste algemene voorwaarden wordt kit en voeg volledig uitgesloten van garantie.
FABRIEK GARANTIE 2-10 JAAR
De fabriek garantie is fijn om te hebben. Maar als je zelf de garantie via een buitenlandse fabrikant moet regelen, dan kom je er snel achter dat het erg lastig is. Daarom is de product garantie veel belangrijker.
ONDERDELEN LEVERBAAR 25 JAAR
Dit is geen echte garantie, eerder een belofte. Wij selecteren fabrikanten die ons overtuigen dat zij over 25 jaar steeds nog met grote waarschijnlijkheid onderdelen kunnen leveren.
INTENTIE LEVENSDUUR 30 JAAR
De intentie verklaring onderstreept waar wij voor staan. Onze intentie is dat de badkamers die wij verbouwen en producten die wij selecteren over 30 jaar nog goed functioneren.
Since the start of BadkamerVakman in 2007, our core values have remained largely the same. We want to innovate, so further develop and standardize the technology in bathrooms, so that a watertight concept remains where major errors and leaks are practically excluded.
It is certainly much more difficult than we thought in 2007, since every technology and every work process is carried out by people and they sometimes have bad days due to private circumstances. So it is an extra challenge to develop the concepts and technologies in such a way that even someone who is distracted sees a mistake made immediately or discovers it immediately through a control system.
On the construction side, after 15 years and more than 2700+ bathrooms, we have developed so much and work with so many self-developed technologies and processes that we are the only one in the Netherlands that can offer a 5-year all-in guarantee. So not only on the products, that is not such a challenge, but on all the work and then also on all the sealing and grouting.
Sealing and grouting is omitted from the general terms and conditions of practically all other bathroom shops/specialists. You may wonder why this is not covered by the guarantee if most leaks are caused by problems with sealing or grouting. The answer is easy but also surprising, because it is so difficult to guarantee this even for a period of one year.
The difference with us is that we give a 5-year guarantee on the watertightness of bathrooms. So even if the sealant is damaged, we will not say that the sealant has not been properly maintained. We are so sure that we have an average of 800 to 1000 bathrooms in the guarantee period. That is an enormous responsibility and, if the method and technology are not sound, an enormous risk. Anyone who does not participate does not have much confidence in their own work and the technology used.
