The bathroom renovation started on September 15, 2025. Jack and Marcel provided excellent guidance and advice beforehand regarding the choice of materials, colors, and furnishings for the new bathroom. A 3D video of the new bathroom was a nice touch. What was especially important to us: the bathroom was in a historic building in Leiden, where nothing was straight – the walls, floors, and ceilings were all crooked. This presented a considerable challenge, especially considering the spacious dimensions of the bathroom, approximately 2.5 by 5 meters. The result? We are more than satisfied – it turned out beautifully. From the very beginning, the renovation process was very professional. The project began with a well-thought-out design process. You don't see that often! Everything was done in close consultation, and we were kept well-informed about the work and progress. Now, after four years, we had a check-up. (Where do you see that anymore?) Everything was cleaned again, the sealant was reapplied, the faucets were cleaned, the glass was sparkling again, and the toilet seat was re-fixed. Communication was excellent and very helpful this time as well. We definitely recommend this company! Better than the "larger" companies. Here, you're still a customer, not a number.

Very satisfied with this company. Unlike most other bathroom stores, badkamervakman.nl handles both the delivery of the products and the installation. When discussing our plans, they were proactive and came up with good ideas. I had a positive experience with the renovation. In such a project, there's always something that doesn't go right the first time, but it was always handled promptly. The men work neatly, hard, and are polite. However, their Dutch is poor, which can sometimes be difficult to communicate with (although this is manageable with the translation in the app they use for their projects). The owner and foreman, however, speak Dutch. Because they supply the products themselves, there's no hassle if something arrives broken; they fix it. We had a similar experience with the shower door, and it was replaced without any problem. Even when we weren't satisfied after the installation, they simply provided a new product.
